I didn't face this issue, but one very simple step u could try is connect the DS3 by the usb to the ps3. Switch off the ps3 and then switch it on. I forgot whether the switching on part is via the power button on the DS3 or the ps3 itself. Try both.. doesn't hurt to try. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

in-fi-ni-ty Posted December 30, 2009 Report Share Posted December 30, 2009 hey guys need help i bought ps3 2 months back no problem the console is great bought a new controller today and it is not detecting just flashing 2 lights where as the the original controller came with ps3 is working fine tried with army of two game only one controller is detecting( the which which came with ps3) help guys c ya well if only 2 lights r flashing and not 4 it could mean it has been assigned a no. like 12,13 or 14 and that its charging. its been paired already. i think there are 7 possibilities 1,2,3,4,12,13,14 for ds3s . not 100% sure abt the no. combinations though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
