CarbonCore
1. Keyboard and mouse are for chatting, messaging, browsing the store and internet etc. UT3 will support them for gaming as well. 2. Go to Photo menu and press"Start", that will start the slideshow. Then press 'triangle', that will bring up slideshow settings menu. First icon is 'Slideshow Style' Keep changing it till you get 'Album'. That's the one with falling photos. Then you can use right stick to zoom in/out, change slide speed etc. Wanna know more? Press the"PS" button while it is running and see the magic. You can then play any music to go along with the slideshow 3. PS3 supports MPEG-1 , MPEG-2 (PS,TS) , H.264/MEPG-4 AVC, MPEG-4 SP MUSIC, ATRAC (.oma .msa .aa3) , AAC (.3gp .mp4) , MP3 (.mp3), WAV (.wav). It obviously doesn't support wmv. You can use PS3 Video9 OR PS3 Video Convertor There are lot of hidden features in XMB, triangle button is your friend. Be sure to update to latest firmware, now 1.92 is out. MarketTantrik
Get a wireless network card for your PC and configure it to be an ad-hoc access point. Point your PS3 to this point.
CarbonCore
You can download it fro http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/Network/Updates Though they take a couple of days to update the website to latest firmware. Then you can use any usb drive or SD/CF/Memory stick. Crete a folder 'PS3' and in it, create another folder named 'UPDATE'. Then copy the downloaded update file called 'PS3UPDAT.PUP' ( E is missing) to this folder so it'll be F:/PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP. Then attach/insert it into PS3, go to 'System Update', select 'Update via Storage Device' and you're done. You may have to connect you controller to PS3 using USB cable. It'll tell you to do it if required.

CarbonCore
HK site has 1.92 for download http://asia.playstation.com/hk/ps3/eng/ps3_softupdate.htm peace That's available on the PS3, not on the website yet. You can download 1.90 if you want, though you'll not get any concession for 1.92. It'll still be 100mb+

Snake
Yeah sam,my desktop is wired to the router(since its on most of the time and its also used to do settings and stuff) but my PS3,PSP,2 Lappy's are connected wirelessly!! Yes once u do all the settings required and setup the router..u can un-install the tata indacom dialer, there's no need for it. Only u have to do is start up ur PC and the net will be connected automatically. Also one question, the cable for net goes directly to ur PC??....there is no modem involved right?? CarbonCore
Since you don't have any games, why not try the demos from PSN store? There are some good ones like GRAW2, Ninja Gaiden, Resistance, Heavenly Sword etc. GTHD demo is out of US store but is still there on European store.
