Any info on this is very helpful...... u should be able to get an HDMI cable for around 650rs. i bought one for 650rs a couple of months ago at ambrit. btw, head over to the Hyderabad thread... u'll find more hyderabadis there and it'll be easier for u to know the others. Still hoping for help.... Mate, I dont know if you tried the following: Switch off your PS3 using the power switch at the back, connect it to the LCD TV using your HDMI. While keeping your finger on the power button on the front switch on from the rear. The display should appear now and ask you to further fine tune the resolutions. I guess you have already tried video reset on your PS3 using below mentioned method. Video reset: you need to just press the front power button for 4-5 secs until it beeps twice and we are done resetting the video settings. Somebody Posted November 20, 2008 Report Share Posted November 20, 2008 Honestly even I do not know how you can help...do you think I should take it to AMBRIT ppl and let them have a look at it? u can give it a try but dont give it to him for repair or anything. i saw him repairing a ps3 one day and he treated it like sh*t he stuck a stupid 'Ambrit Electronics' sticker on it and was just putting the glossy surface of the cover wherever he wanted to.... he'll screw it up.. dont give it to him but, he repairs the 360s and all fine. It has original gold coloured pins 1200?? but, someone told me that it doesn't make much of a difference and that any hdmi is the same. sony's is 1500rs btw.
