I have eaten wild boar, pigeon, monitor lizard (ghorpad), crow eggs, quails (lavari), rabbit, etc.

Many large restaurants/bars, (esp those with Agri cuisine) here keep lavari.

I would really like to eat rabbit, seems a very delicate and tender meat.

Lizards, damn.

Something I don't have the heart to eat unless - a lots of unless - but pretty next level thing to eat.

Yes,i always buy alive only when there is an option.

Freezer ? Frozen fish is dead only.

By alive I mean kept in huge containers filled with water, and the dead ones either frozen in ice or kept on the ground.

I meant that Rohu in my area is not frozen as it's fresh and gets sold off on the same day and hence doesn't go in the freezer.

1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup mashed bananas

1. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.

2. In a large bowl, beat the egg lightly. Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla. Add the mashed banana, and combine thoroughly. Stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined. Chocochips are optional.

3. Oil the cupcake moulds & bake at 180 degrees (Convection & on a high rack) for 20 mins approx.

Can be done in Microwave. I baked them in Microwave Convection mode.

Convection mode means Oven Mode.

You have a Microwave Oven, not just a Microwave.

Any time you are setting a temperature, you are using oven mode, not Microwave.

Which is the better brand, does tasting olive oil mean something different ? (Both are light category)

would go for bertolli if tasting doesn't mean something ?42978e8aa63ef2172d236c9a7387a0b7.jpg7856f0e88e0d48d1387101c9c5a60d3b.jpg

Both are the same. Tasting just refers to "food grade" which is nothing but nonsense marketing.

If you liked it the last time you bought it. Then go for it.

Also, give extra virgin olive oil a chance, that is more expensive but healthier and has a better taste. Maybe you can try in sample quantities first.

Which olive oil you choose depends upon your purpose.

If you are using it for grilling or frying or saute, you can use the light olive oil.

Extra virgin olive oil is the first extract/press of the olives. It's the purest form of olive oil which is used to make salad dressings and dips.

Avoid pomace olive oil. It's basically last extract from the olives.

If you have not had extra virgin olive oil regularly then you'll have to develop the taste slowly.
