I went to this restaurant "cafe masala" in Evo Mall at Brigade Road, Bangalore.. Really good food. We went for lunch buffet. Starters were good and had lots of choices. While the main course had very less choices. I even heard that they serve fried prawns on Saturday(afternoon or evening, not sure)...

@Sufy:

2 and a half cups murmura

2 onions

2 tomatoes

1 cup cooked channa (I just used the tinned chickpeas, drain and wash them and add)

1 cucumber

11/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tbsp roasted cumin powder (jeera powder)

1 tsp black salt

1 tsp chaat masala

2tbsp mustard oil

(Serves 6-7)

Add diced onions, diced tomatoes, channa and cucumber into a bowl with the spices and mix.

Add in murmura and mustard oil and mix through.

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix through.

Voila.
