Haven't seen a cleaner city than Durgapur ! (Though this was nearly 15-16 years back !) yeah but its the nearest to chocolate fudge I ve found in the market anything better available ? Dunno. Place a glass bowl over a saucepan (on the stove and filled with water) and melt chocolate. Add to cream and bring to the boil. Add sugar to taste, and you have hot fudge sauce. Whatever curry you have around the place, put it into individual oven proof bowls, top with a square of puff pastry and press around the edges of the bowl.
