Been a veggie for 25 years of my life, so trust me everywhere you go be it parties, restros etc, EVERYBODY just serves you paneer. I'm thinking an Indian vego version of a grilled fig, rocket, goats cheese and prosciutto salad with marinated paneer would work really well. Let me experiment and report back.
