I'm thinking an Indian vego version of a grilled fig, rocket, goats cheese and prosciutto salad with marinated paneer would work really well. Let me experiment and report back. And paneer haters, try some good soya snacks. I had those in Punjab recently. The entire time was spent in speculating whether it was even veg, coz it was very yummy.
