Bird Bird Bird
Made Moar (that's the name of the dish ) Very very easy to make and takes literally 10 mins. Didn't had all the ingredients so ain't looking good but it's yummy nevertheless. Recipe: 1) Chop 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, 4-5 green chillies, small piece of ginger in tiny pieces. Also take 350-400 gms of curd and run it through a blender so that it's smooth & flowy. 2) Heat some oil in a frying pan and add half tsf of small black cumin seeds. Wait till they pop. 3) Add 10-12 leaves of Karhi Patta/Meethi Neem and stir it for a minute. 4) Add ALL the chopped ingredients except tomatoes and saute them. 5) Once the items are fried as per your needs, add red chilli powder, haldi & salt to taste (normally 1 tsf of chilli & haldi). 6) Keep on stirring the whole mixture for another minute. Add the tomatoes and cook on low flame for about 1-2 minutes. 7) Add curd to the mix and keep on stirring under low flame for another 2-3 minutes. If the mix is too thick, add small amounts of water to give it the texture you desire while cooking. 8) Top it off with some coriander leaves ! Voila ! Moar is ready. Love it with rice ! You can add chopped garlic while sauteing the ingredients if you like the taste of it.

outsider
^ you can get excellent specimens on the street. I've got to make it myself to get something passable. The jealousy rightly must flow the other way.

Bird Bird Bird
its more like just a gravy na? i mean us main main item kuch missing ...tu bechara bas gravy chawal kha raha hai kya aajkal Kaka aajkal aise hi din aa gaye hain. But yeah, it's more like a *gravy* as in the veggies (tomato & onions) are finely chopped, so there's no actual filler in the dish. Still tastes awesome. Give it a try !
