Mind Blowing.. the later missions are so interesting that they keep u on ur toes. the whole game is a nerve whacking experience. a perfect meal for hardcore survival horror fans(like me). Harsahil Posted August 8, 2008 Report Share Posted August 8, 2008 ^^^ hey hey AtheK buddy dont worry. this game is totally worth the wait.. once u get it, u ll be so absorbed in it that u'll forget that u got it late... and forget other games too. my suggestion, try playing this game alone at the night in the dark.. i wasnt able to do it. :ph34r: had to switch on the lights and yes, there's a lot of psychological thrill in this game also that really makes the experience even scarier. by this i mean situations or characters that u r going to face. XephY Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 OMFG OMFG one of THE best survival horror games ever. Finished the first 2 episodes. It's pretty linear but in a very good way. Bottomline: Anyone who's even remotely interested in this sort of genre should try it out. Edit: For some reason I feel this game is gonna be very short...coz it took me less than an hour to finish the first 2 episodes out of 12. Hopefully the episodes get longer after that. Harsahil Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 @ XephY: glad that u liked the game. i hate to say this but yes this game is short.. ended it in 3 days only. however it is one of the best engaging experiences of Survival Horror.. @CarbonCore: dont worry, the Japanese version has complete English Voice Acting and English Subtitles. all the Menus and Options r in English as well. no need to worry at all!!!!! Even though Sony has released “Siren” on a Blu-ray disc in Japan and Asia (with plans for Europe), there are still no plans for a proper retail release in the United States, Sony told me. “At this time, there is not Blu-ray Disc version planned for the North American market,” said a company representative in an e-mailed statement. “Please note, however, that you are able to delete and then re-download episodes since the purchase is linked to your PSN account. The developers kept this functionality in mind knowing that the episodes were fairly beefy. ” It’s very possible that Sony is simply waiting to see how “Siren” continues to perform as an online-exclusive (as opposed to “Warhawk”’s simultaneous distribution), and the complete “season” of “Siren” episodes will appear at retail down the road. Its performance abroad at retail could also impact that. If you still haven’t tried “Siren,” however, don’t wait for the disc. It’s worth playing now. They have held the game and to get back a MERE VIDEO GAME i have to submit following documents... Invoice xerox copy of import export licence code noc from rbi technical write up certificate to claim exemption under any particular notification God only knows where i can get all that stuff from....PAIN of being a gamer in india i believe....
