Tyler
As suggested Knight is a good starter class. Also the game doesn't lock you into a specific class, you are always free to respec and change your build during the game. Also it's not really a difficult game so don't get intimidated. It's just obtuse in showing you where you need to go / what you need to do. It doesn't need uber reflexes and skill like say Ninja Gaiden Black (which is a 'difficult' game IMO). All the info is there in the game but it is fairly hidden. Pay attention to messages put down by other players. There's a tutorial in the opening area which can easily be missed, just explore everything. 100% completion (I would assume here it is getting all achievements as there's no completion tracker in-game) requires multiple playthroughs. Aftrunner
Santier's spear after it breaks. O.o So here is a weapon that never breaks, does a super fast 2 Handed moveset that hits multiple times, can basically stunlock anyone to death and one cycles lot of bosses. Why.jpg. Mayank
Knight or Swordsman is good build for starters. For 100% completion you need to complete game 2 times and about a half in 3rd playtrough. Just casually play your fiest playtrough, without bothering about achievements. Once you get the hang of things you can try getting some misc achievements in 2nd playtrough. Also the 2nd and 3rd playtroughs takes a very less time to complete once you complete your 1st one. Just remember 1 thing, dont kill any NPCs. you will understand how Coop and PvP works once you play for some time. Dont bother about them for now, just play campaign casually. On other note getting 100% in this wont be as tough as getting 100% in Castlevanis LotS.. Thanks alot, just got my copy... will post updates and questions here? Aftrunner
I dont really have a mundane build. Its still OP as all f**k. More so when I buff it. Killed the Rotten in a 2 move combo. WTF!
Abdulah
Finally Unpetrified Straid only to be disappointed by the Boss weapon he was selling . All weapon had high stat requirement and low damage Hit . Well i have still saved the souls of few boss for later NPCs . Edit - Offline Death after defeating Lost Sinner . Aloy
Ornifex is better in terms of Boss weapons. The only thing for which i un-petrify Straid is the Dargonrider bow.Ornifex's weapons are much better imo.

I suggest doing that area and leveling up a bit and then taking on the Pursuer.

(A)Kira
The purseurer itna harami boss hai...udh udh ke marta hai bc. Observe his patterns and try to roll out of his attacks. Once you know him, it becomes really easy to dodge all his attacks. In my mage playthough, I'm in Iron Keep and I'm still using Great heavy soul arrow and Great soul arrow. Is there any other powerful spells I can pick up in areas before that? I currently have 35 INT. And is 20 ATT enough for a mage?
pbpoovannagamer
parrying with a shield is so tough...just cannot get the timing correct...in dark souls 1 it was so easy Parry guides
(A)Kira
Yeah and now parrying is more useful for crowd control. But on the upside, the addition of the shield break crit is amazing.
playstation
Have you done Heide's Tower of Flame yet? I suggest doing that area and leveling up a bit and then taking on the Pursuer. okay. Will do that. Ya he is quite tough :| tera level kya hai ?? ^^ Try this It feels awesome! WOW! ... but will try to play like it should be played. Observe his patterns and try to roll out of his attacks. Once you know him, it becomes really easy to dodge all his attacks. I could see that there is a pattern to his attack but right now i am not at good level i guess. my level is 23.
