Elessar
Holy sh*t nice...but what if the pvp character fight with you against the boss ! It might become easy . Invaders can't fight bosses/enemies for the host (at least in Dark Souls). If they really want to help they can just stand to the side. Imagine having one or two coop summons for this fight to really make it epic

meaNmachine
^^ Dude! So you have never been invaded ?! You know nothing about Dark Souls For your GFWL problem, ask people who play on PC. Game is 10 times better when you play online. In the retail version, the Mirror Knight — the 20-foot humanoid tank with the plated armor and the magical lightning sword — will not eject an AI-controlled enemy from his oval mirror shield. He will eject a human-controlled character. In Dark Souls 2, you will fight a monstrous boss and, at the same time, engage in PvP combat with a human enemy hellbent on your destruction and the spoils your death will bring. Awesome! This is why I love Dark Souls. Hardcore stuff, no casual BS. Love the new changes I saw in the demo. Changing weapons is so much better now. Now we can carry three weapons in left/right hand. Also the combos were so cool. New Details (E3 Demo) : Three classes confirmed so far : Warrior, Sorcerer, Temple Knight (Cleric) and Dual Swordsman. The Lifegem, is a storable, usable healing item dropped by fallen enemies.Combat itself is more fluid now. Health and stamina bars are seemingly maxed out for the purposes of the demo but we’re able to do lengthy combos of light attacks that are far more natural-looking than Dark Souls’ rigid strings. Improved AI animation means enemies now launch straight into multi-hit combos of their own that do a lot of damage. They don’t dumbly commit themselves while you sit there with your shield up. One of the Mirror Knight’s combo enders is a thrust designed to catch you as you backroll to safety. A backstab isn’t necessarily a done deal; it’s now a multi-hit attack that begins with a quick whack to your foe’s shoulder, and if that attack misses, the backstab will too.Dark Souls II’s new engine also does away with the first game’s canned animations: if you’re surrounded by a group, you can’t game the animation system and buy yourself time with the invincibility frames of a backstab or riposte. You can carry three weapons instead of two, with one of the demo’s character builds carrying a Halberd for big damage, an axe for speed and a catalyst for sorceries. You can warp between bonfires from the very beginning of the game. You can dual wield weapons now, and shields too. You carry a torch which you light using lanterns dotted about the place to let you see in darkness at the expense of your shield. playstation
If true..... ALPHA17
^^ Adding Namco Bandai to a growing list of publishers (who have no clue of pricing strategy), will get this title on STEAM Sale in this case.
MarketTantrik
That's a fair price given the standard international pricing. Assuming that the disc is not pressed in India, at least it will work on the first attempt.

Even the DS 1 was priced more than usual price ...this one if they really pricing it so high is taking it right close to console gaming. That's a fair price given the standard international pricing. Assuming that the disc is not pressed in India, at least it will work on the first attempt. btw it works 95% of the time in first attempt and i rather have the game price Rs 999( with steam code ) than to have international pressed discs... Assuming that the disc is not pressed in India, at least it will work on the first attempt. Even if it is not pressed in India, very expensive for what is on offer. The last game I got from BANDAI was The Witcher 2 Premium Edition (which was imported) and even after all the freebies it turned out to be a cheaper deal. +1. Even the DS 1 was priced more than usual price ...this one if they really pricing it so high is taking it right close to console gaming. Dark Souls was priced ~1499/- which is understandable, 1999/- is ostentatious and unheard of, unless you are Bethesda / cut purse. /END OT Edited June 19, 2013 by ALPHA17
