Dont bother buying weapons and armor. You can find better just exploring the world. Also if you die you loose all your souls at the place you died. Dont forget to get them back or they are gone forever if you die again. Oh I have 0 souls.. And yeah, I did spot her and talked to her. Didn't know wtf she said. Also you will find estus shards spread all over thegame world...whenever you find one you can give it to that Bitch and she will give you another estus flask..... For leveling up as Grimrock bhai said talk to that bitch a couple of times and she will tell how to proceed !! WTF that is why. I started playing DS1 on PC and it is a piece of cake compared to DS2. I was about to post that DS2 is 10x difficult. Wow. And I was cursing the game. Answer all these questions. I'll try to help. What build are you going for- Strength or Dex? Using any magic- Pyro, Miracles, Hexes, Sorcery? Do you have any armor with poise? Can you fast, mid or heavy roll? Are you rolling or blocking attacks? Does your shield have 100% physical block? Have you tried to parry or backstab enemies? Have you equipped/found any rings? Are you choosing armor/weapons/consumables over leveling up? What stats have you leveled up? Are you retrieving your bloodstain after your death? That should do it for now. ^^^^ yes !! They definitely didn't spike difficulty for the sake of it. Like I said its slow paced and almost zero reflexes guys also can have their way to defeat enemies. You just have to observe carefully and devise proper strategies. Just a bit of thinking is all the game needs.. In my defence, for dark souls 18% of ppl got platinum.
