This is the reason I absolutely loved MGS 4's linear approach and it's overall structured story telling approach. Simple and straight forward. Anyhoo, going to carry on with Chapter 2. Albeit being so pissed off with this game, I'm still drawn to it for some reason. The gameplay is absolutely magnificent. Has anyone got 100% on this forum? Some of the best missions of act 1 will be repeated and the difficulty is upped in those, they were more fun. Two mission in act 2 which are completely new are worth playing. I loved it so much that I also bought it for PS4 My major issue with the game was it's half arsed storyline and barren world. I mean coming from Guns of Patriots, it felt like a steps back in these 2 directions. They should have stuck with the linear mode. Anyhoo, I finally completed the game a few weeks back. Mission 45 got me real bad. Took me almost 2 hours to get through all the barrage of tanks being sent in and one shot'ing you out of nowhere. Like I said before, there is something about this game that compels you to try it again. The below video from SuperBunnyHop almost compelled me to do a 100% run, but not at the moment. And mission 45 is easy once you unlock Parasite suit and Enhanced Armor ability Got S Rank with all task completed in all missions with ease. I mean watching all those S rank and all stealth YouTube videos just shows how diverse and creatively one can handle each mission.
