What GTS is selling is Day One Edition of the game and not bundling individual steels with standard edition of the game. What I meant is there is no such thing as standard edition. GTS is selling Day One Edition AFAIK. For eg. they had given a steelbook with assassins creed black flag, those were individual steels bundled with standard edition of the game. And in case of final fantasy, even though they said steelbook with game, the actual edition was a steelbook edition in a sleeve. So basically they are not giving empty steelbooks with standard edition of the game but rather giving a steelbook edition (game inside steel) which is the day one edition. From what I have read it is kind of about snake's past and all so............. The E3 gameplay clips got me super excited. So, any advise?? No...I would advice play all MGS games or atleast MGS3, MGS Peace walker. There is still plenty of time and fortunately all previous games are now available as one collection ..so play them till MGS5 comes out. You can skip mgs 2 , but you need to complete mgs3 which is the best metal gear game IMO for now . After that if you get time complete peace Walker , or just watch Youtube videos .
