Create a back up..Upload them into cloud save or copy your saves to a usb pendrive... Trophies are tied to your PSN account..You will get it back once you login into your new system...New PS3 comes with new hard drive..They will take away old HDD and erase all data from it...You can download your purchased games again from PSN for free..Goto Download list in Account management and download from there......All are tied to to your account... NitroNeo Posted December 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 26, 2012 So i called sony , the service center people are saying there is a new policy & they can't tell me over the phone , i have to take the ps3 to the service center & then they will tell me what to do , on top of that , i will have to go to make the payment on a later date & then again have to wait it out until they call me to pick up my replacement ps3 , seriously i have a dead ps3 & i have to go through so much trouble , i heard MS has home pickup & drop , sony sucks Please someone tell me what is the new replacement policy ? Now you can get OOR PS3 replaced for 8,495Rs.....You have to create a Demand Draft in favour of Sony India Ltd and give it to Service center ppl along with your old OLD ps3...You will get a new one after 20days.....
