Solitaire
What? No one would have given a f**k. Anyone who wanted the game would have imported or bought grey or bought through digital distribution. And we would have all laughed collectively at futile attempts to block information/content in the age of the internet. +1 Who burns buses for games... that too in India of all places

Ram Dante
Talking about Pakistan, lets turn focus towards our country, where Indian Muslims in TN have blocked the screening of Kamal Hassan's movie Vishwaroopam, even after the movie was completely certified by the censor board. Now its an ongoing court case, where the judge has heard both sides of the case and will decide the judgement after viewing the movie. I mean WTF! P.S. Based on response from viewers from other countries, it doesn't even qualify for a provocative movie or something else of that sort.

I, being a hindu, take offense to your statement. When the Bhagawad Gita was banned in Mother russia of all places, Hindus everywhere from Kanyakumari to New York got riled up and took up arms and the PM of our great country, gave a statement putting international pressure on the russian govt. Dont you think the same rules apply to every religion on the planet? The censor boards certification means nothing if a section of citizens feel offended. If a muslim director made a movie showing Hindus getting slaughtered by the hundreds, would Hindu groups just stand by and do nothing? I wouldn't. I would expect the same courtesy to be shown in this case also.

Unlike the Gita fiasco (mind it, that was a genuine case), the political party is doing this for visibility and free publicity. If you've been following Kamal Haasan's movies, you will know this is nothing new. Saudi Arabia, a Muslim majority country, does not have a problem with the way Muslims are portrayed in the movie. It's running successfully in Malaysia too, another country with a vast Muslim community.

Well, the court is going to listen to both sides and come to a decision. If the judge feels that muslims have been depicted in poor light, then surely the ban will stand. The trailer did show him shooting a lot of white bearded dudes in white caps, in an afghanistan like setting. Hope thats not what these muslim groups are basing their case on.
