ALPHA17
lol cd projekt defense force You say as if this is the first time they have released content so. They have been doing this since the original Witcher (Enhanced Edition) onwards. They did not label it as DLC, just free content. So according to you, releasing too many trailers is worse than cutting out content from the game and giving it to you later? You can't be serious. Yes, definitely better than releasing too many trailers, including having a season pass in place even before the original game is out plus claiming the game would run fine on #NEXTGEN before going, Is more cinematics and feels in 900p and 30fps and if you want to play on anything better than that, get a new PC son. icestrok
Fixed.bioware has lost all my respect. The fact that CDPR has the balls to stick to a RPG model ,rather than cater to the wider audience by removing most RPG elements the way bioware did, makes them epic in my eyes .. Of course ,I am comparing witcher 2 and DA 2..I know nothing of the menu systems or such of w3.. Also ,the free dlc might be a gimmick ,but at least its free ,rather than repacking finished stuff from the main game that was removed and selling it the way Activision is doing with destiny ( I say Activision because I still have respect for bungie ) Edited November 9, 2014 by icestrok
ALPHA17
If you include those other things, then sure. But just trailers, no. How cool would it have been if you would have just encountered these time anomalies, like the glyphs in Assassin's Creed II. No one had a clear idea on that and when encountered you discovered a new aspect of the game. Now, thanks to the trailers there is nothing to look forward to, at-least from the rote perspective of features and I am not so sure we can look forward to 'discovering' anything. Also, the time anomalies of occupied Paris, seriously. It is just trailers, with talking heads.
dylanjosh
Doesn't bother me. If that has to be the price of getting all the content in a game, then so be it. edit: i dont even know if Ubi are putting all content into the game. ALPHA17
What? Getting ripped off where? Figure of speech mate, if you can be so cynical and nonchalant about this, why cry about EA prices in India, or if UBISOFT starts to spit out sequels bi-annually. You can't be serious. I didn't said that anything about cutting the content . I am just saying that Free DLC content >> More trailers for Marketing .
