^Abhi tak release nhi hua

There is still hope

I have faith in CDPR

They won't screw over PC

dunno man! sh*ts happening everywhere... this crap production cycle n downgrading philosophy is spreading like a plague!!!

Devs should know better that such massive game requires more time. instead of just teasing gamers and burning them out before the game releases, they should make thorough checks before announcing.

i wont be surprised if they even delay it for next 3 months, nor do i care. I only care if the game fails to be like what they had us believe so far.

Well, CD PR don't release multiple games in single year. So..

So...

Is it there fault that they do not want to turn their franchises into dead-end cookie cutter templates. Plus, even after being so hyped for the game, I have not pre-ordered.

An insider posted this on GAF in March

Sorry, mistook months.

Except nobody thought Watch_Dogs will be bad. Everyone had huge expectations when they showed trailers and gameplay. At a point people started treating it as GTA killer.

Wonder what happened for UNITY. Was there not enough warning when UBISOFT placed it under an embargo or you had already gone down that path so, too late.

Remember, this is the first time they are working on 3 versions together.

Except, never have the three versions ever converged so much.

Still disheartening news. And I do not want any more delays.

TBH WD was one of the more polished games to come from Ubi. Yeah it was downgraded to hell and back, and people kept fiddling with config files to get better IQ and performance, but at least it was consistent. I dunno how bad it would've been if it had come out 6 months earlier.

Btw I remember someone in the Order thread saying who'll buy Order in Feb against Batman, Witcher 3 and Bloodborne?

How about now?

While players getting hoodwinked by an over-sold game wont be anything new, i would like to believe that CD:PR will honor their word and give us a game which is an apt ending to Geralt's story. (story-wise, open-world gameplay, "near" best-in-class graphics.)

But, this i am sure of, even if their game is buggy on release, they will enhance it sooner than later.

Its a small studio trying to do big things, with heart in the right place.

hmm... i think the rumors are turning out to be true. May god help them to finish it in a way we hav seen it in early gameplays. cant be more scared than witcher3 failing! :samui::samui:

The original Witcher has one lots bugs, later on they have released a massive patch (1-2GB - it was huge for that timeline) which all of the bugs and adds some contents too

They are one of the few devs who actually place importance on story in an rpg. I am fine with the delay as long as the end product is better.

As far as "devs fooling the customers'' is concerned, one doesn't have to pre-order games. Nobody can fool a person, unless the person allows him to.

They are going to reduce the game content and the 12 weeks are to polish what needs to be shipped.

then the rest will be introduced as a patch for the "fans who believed in us".

When this happens I will upgrade my cynicism skill.
