Will sell or dismantle the hides & junk/common items. i am always with 135 (No extra armor or weapon). What do u do with the monster trophies? How much do u carry without your armors and weapons? I have the same weight limit as you. Best way apart from all the above is to not pick up every axe head and rusty sword that you find on a poor sod. Once you breakdown your hides you should go into ~110 -->120 range. Also, pro-tip, most monster heads go for a higher price on Skellige.
