WhiteWolf
Novigrad is part of Velen, right? You can go straight to Novigrad from Velen without using any Fast Travel. So i think Novigrad part of Velen map? velen is huge but bland No..There are lot of villages with NPCs in Velen plus lot of hidden areas with secret bosses..It's not at all bland. There's always some stuff happening in every region of Witcher 3..

STICK3Rboy
Skellige is better. Even I was of this opinion, but after playing Hearts of Stone, I fell back in love with Velen. The atmosphere there is just crazy good. Even the soundtrack that plays in Skellige gets a bit annoying after a few hours. Not the case with Velen though. This track never gets old

joken732a
Totally deserved candidate. Witcher 3 is a complete package of how a game should be in every department for me.also no Best DLC award?HOS DLC is better than many AAA games. Agent 47
How are they awarding GOTY when the year isn't even over yet..? There are still more games to come this year.

Ne0
completed the quest - 'the lord of undwick' ....and for those who have trouble defeating the ice giant here's a tip just keep using igni on the giant while the 3 other guys fight it .... with igni the health bar of ice giant decreases rapidly. the fight got over in under 10 secs for me ! joken732a
"The team is divided right now," Michal Nowakowski, CD Projekt SVP of business and publishing, told GR+ news guy Leon Hurley at the show. "There's a sizable team still working on [The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine], but an even more sizable team has actually been working on Cyberpunk for quite a while right now." Nowakowski noted that Cyberpunk 2077 has been in the works since it was first announced back in 2012, though he did add that it was "very early development." CD Projekt Red hasn't given any hint of a release date for the sci-fi, open-world RPG (it's never even officially said the game's coming to this generation of consoles) but we'll hopefully hear more after Blood and Wine launches in the first quarter of 2016. STICK3Rboy
completed the quest - 'the lord of undwick' God, I loved that quest! The whole build-up to the Ice Giant reveal and the boss fight was fantastic. But yes, the boss fight itself turned out to be pretty easy in the end . WhiteWolf
That article was posted on 13th October and we already know about it. Aaj poorey flame war k mood mein hai tu? Hahamann and many are playing W3 on Xbox and they are not experiencing any major frame rate problems..Frame rate takes hit only around Novigrad when there are too many NPCs nd all.. I also experience frame rate drops around Novigrad on PC.. It always move up and down around that area. WhiteWolf
Have you played W3 yet?..Frame rate of W3 is not solid on any platform..It still drops to 26-27 in some areas on consoles..It's much better on PS4 now but not solid locked 30fps. It's not solid even on PC then how can you expect consoles to deliver solid frame rate ? MGS V runs at locked 60, now that's solid frame rate Edited November 5, 2015 by WhiteWolf

WhiteWolf
Your PC is quite powerful..But anything below struggles to maintain stable frame rate..It runs fine but It's not solid.
