At the top of my list is actually Japan as it is the birthplace of ninja. Imagine one ninja/assassin taking down 10 samurai and then a warlord while spouting a haiku.

Next is china purely due to that AWESOME FANART.

Then is pirate stuff, Caribbean and stuff.

Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flags Rumor

468px-Pirate.jpg

According to a Reddit user who oversaw a Power Point presentation on a flight, the next Assassin's Creed will focus on pirates and be called Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flags.

Here is the entirety of the post: "I was on a flight where the
lady in the row in front of me was working on a powerpoint presentation
on marketing strategies of several gaming titles. And one that stood
out the most was AC4: Black Flags, aimed for release 2013 Holiday
season according to her slide. It already had a cool looking logo for
it.
Unfortunately I didn't take any photo, just wanted to share it
with all the AC fans, and give those who are trying to figure out the
next story line a little hint."

Contradicting this rumor somewhat is another tale of leisurely espionage from a second Reddit user, who claims the Black Flag(s) content is DLC.

"Whilst sitting in a San Francisco Cafe, I happened
to overhear two advertising designers discussing a new piece of ACIII
DLC, titled Black Flag, that will focus more deeply on naval combat.
According to them, the tagline stands as "Survival is the Only Thing
Worth Dying For," and the commercial being pitched involves an Admiral
of the British Royal Navy attempting to arrest Connor Kenway on the high
seas, whilst a Johnny Cash song sets the tone. The DLC is apparently
nearly six months out and still in early development, but seems to be a
definite project that Ubisoft is working on."

Ubisoft hosting mysterious Assassin’s Creed event next Wednesday

Ubisoft is sending out mysterious invitations for some sort of
Assassin’s Creed event taking place next week. MCV writes on Twitter
that the invite lists a February 27 date, which would be next Wednesday.

Might it be time for the reveal of Ubisoft’s next Assassin’s Creed
game? During the company’s latest financial call, CEO Yves Guillemot teased that information would be shared “very soon”.

Not much is known about the next Assassin’s Creed. What we do know is
that it will feature a new hero and time setting, and is being
developed by an “all new team”.

The next Assassin’s Creed will launch before April 2014.

Hope it's not game announcement already..

Nothing personal Animus and Cat, but don't you think they are milking the series? With DLC just released, they already confirmed AC IV and this new so called announcement?

AC games are planned and started before the previous one releases. I won't be surprised if they've already planned everything and started on it.

Also, AC is supposed to be an annual franchise. Take a little joy in the fact that there's not going to be a new AC game this year.

Of all things the best point of any ac game is that its not a shooter............and who doesnt like stabbing within a new historic settings...

As for ACIV in India...I would say make the setting in 2013 for uniqeness.......making Kapil Sibbal and our current Assh*le president target for assassination....
