Period. also gatorade =/= pepsi. check their sugar contents. moreover athletes need calories cause of their work. google micheal phelp's diet, it was something around 12000 calories a day when he trains seriously, yet no pepsi or allied sodas were involved. jeebus wept after your post man. +1 Nemo.. if excess of something is bad for you.. then so is complete lack of the same thing.. Of course the guy would be healthier if he wont smoke.. but if he feels good with just 2 in one day.. I say why not. Same goes with the soft drinks.
