So how will u actually use a step down X'mer?? Care to explain??

The power-brick has a rating of 110v i get a step down transformer which steps down the voltage to 110v from 220v, So will that work or do i have to buy a new power brick??

Yes, just get another power brick for the box. No need of messing around with a step down transformer.

Depends, it is easier to get step down transformer then a new brick. And congrats on the box.

Yeah the new power brick costs like 2.5k - 3.5k, so the step down transformer will save me some money, i just want to find out how the other guys with a NTSC console are managing??

i think power brick is good option and btw welcome to console gaming

Thanks Guys

If you are in India, make sure you buy only US (NTSC games) else they wont work. Here we mostly get PAL games. There are few 360 games which are region free, so try getting them.

What if he is using HDMI??

So on Xbox, u cant play NTSC games at all if you have a PAL system. Hmmm.....

That's not true :) If the NTSC game is Region Free, then it'll work just fine :)

Also, Leoz, a PAL Indian 240v power brick will work great but a stepdown transformer will also work good. I used to have an imported NTSC-U console with a 120v power brick and I used to run it via a step-down transformer. I used that console for more than 2 years with this setup :)
