harsharip Posted April 6, 2013 Report Share Posted April 6, 2013 Last 10 days back Psn was working well for me and I didnt use PS3 for 10 days and I just started it to Play UC3 Mp. And I also installed 3.40 Update for PS3 resently. But the update(UC3 1.17 ver) is downloading and before the download of update starts the PS3 hard resets it self by giving 2 beeps. And many times the internet will be fine in Internet Browser of PS3 but the I cant sign in to PSN errors like 800710092 or similar problems will occur. And I can sign into PS store in PC version. harsharip Posted April 7, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 7, 2013 Mine is 1 Mbps conn and Its not logging in at all.I always get 80710092 error. meaNmachine Posted April 8, 2013 Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 I faced this issue long back. If you can browse net from PS3 browser but can't connect to PSN, then I am pretty sure it is a DNS server problem, related to your ISP. Try this (works for all ISPs) - In Internet connection settings change the DNS server entry to manual. Then enter these addresses: Primary: 208.67.222.222 Secondary: 208.67.220.220 Hope it helps.
