AnK Posted December 29, 2023 Report Share Posted December 29, 2023 3/4th done with The Last Guardian. Obviously this is no match for Shadow Of The Colossus but it indeed is good game. I think over ambition in the PS3 era took a massive toll on this project. The concept & the structure around the companion AI would have been something magical on PS3 & that time. But now it feels nothing special & in turn a bit tedious with the camera movement. Feels like controlling a tank at times….the unpatched version for 60fps output on PS5 doesn’t help either. Also Play DeadSpace Remake especially if you didn’t play the originals. It’s equally intense & quite fast too. Souls like metroidvania dark and bosses were fun, but nothing complex. More like blasphemous without the platforming. Good 5-6 hours game.
