Whiteout, Sovereign, Stonehaven, Siege etc they all suck. Only decent pub/competitive maps are Strikezone and Octane. And what maps for snipers are you talking about? This is COD. Are there enough PC servers and players playing it to get good low/moderate ping games? Please dont tell me its a bad game and jitters and stutters, I already know that.
