Coming off from KZ2 and its halcyon days (at lest on ivg- clans and all) I was promised something even bigger and better by almost all- people in ivg whom i trust, rabid fanboys in ivg, people in real life.. etc. Pre ordered it, stuck by it even after price got jacked up in the 11th hour (acti's sh*t price system for india started from this game). I was offended by the levels of gullibility I displayed. The game was the absolute, shittiest, shitty piece of sh*t I have ever came across wrt the money paid and hype generated. Nemo Posted April 29, 2013 Report Share Posted April 29, 2013 It's just a matter of perspective Even I came from same year long KZ2 experience into MW2 & I ended up playing it for 2 straight years(my most played MP game topping kz2 I think) It just depends on what you expect from a game.....if you had kz2 in your mind while buying this then obviously you were in for disappointment KZ2 was a more a party game with team based combat Meanz you need to know your individual roles while going in the battle to properly enjoy it It can not be played with the whole team playing as tactician or an engineer....you'll just end up on a frustrated note While MW was lone worrier game where every man is fighting for himself You don't even bother to see what your team mates are doing Kz2 was short lived for this very reason....ppl couldn't adapt to the co-ordination based gameplay of such games Not every online gamer has a unit like IVG(at that time) to form teams & battle endlessly in clan matches MW2 suits more to the masses who just hop in for a kill or two(or 20) Also both kz2 & mw2 were very very different in their gunplay & aiming styles Does it make mw2 bad...........no Though I still miss kz gameplay as could't play much of kz3 & now I hv lost my copy & I'm basically tiered of COD gameplay which has churned out 3 more games since MW2 ----------------------- Which game has offended you the most and why?----------------------- dude of course it is a matter of perspective. it is also true i never liked the (ridiculously) fast pace of cod, in fact come to think of it i never liked any fast shooters. was perhaps the only guy in my friend circle the early 00s to have never liked Quake games. It is not because of any nausea or anything, played HL2 (rooftops and all) without a hitch and loved it. as for the mp, well that was a severe disappointment and to an extent shock to me as KZ2 was my first online mp game.
