EA has confirmed that none of its Star Wars titles will be released before April 2014. During a call reporting earnings for the 2013 fiscal year, EA executive chairman Larry Probst (sitting in until EA finds a new CEO) said none of the publisher’s Star Wars games are planned for EA’s 2014 fiscal year, which runs from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014. Yesterday, EA acquired the exclusive license to Star Wars, announcing titles on the way from Battlefield developer DICE and Dead Space developer Visceral, as well as continued efforts from BioWare, who made Star Wars: The Old Republic.
