SRINI87
'Lords of the Fallen' measures up to 'Dark Souls' greatly Lords of the Fallen is a new series in the works from City Interactive and Deck 13, but what fans may see as similarities between the popular franchise Dark Souls and the new series Lords of the Fallen, Deck 13's developers have been sure to differentiate the two nicely. In an exclusive look at the upcoming game Lords of the Fallen, we were able to get a preview of what this game is looking to deliver. While it has been in development for two years, Deck 13 and City Interactive seem committed to making this a complete product before releasing it. The game takes place over 8,000 years ago and it gives players the chance to assume the role of three types of characters. People can either choose to be a Cleric, Rogue or Warrior. Each of those characters have unique features, abilities and action skills. Cinematics that we saw in our preview of Lords of the Fallen were impressive, even despite the footage being pre-alpha. The game's enemies are difficult to defeat and they do provide plenty of challenge for players. continue reading at examinar

pbpoovannagamer
Thousands of years ago, after defeating the God, a language was born. Adalük, meaning Dark Deeds was created to tell bloody tales. These ancient runes are still readable and used until this day to mark the sins of mortals. This ruthless man had slaughtered many innocents and has been branded till his own death. By taking one's life, you change yours forever. The mark on his face reads IHIRAELEROT and means Murderer. All new LotF information will be first revealed right here, on our fanpage. Do you follow? SRINI87
Lords of the Fallen keeps looking better and better Lords of the Fallen looked good at E3; it looks even better at PAX Prime. After another hands-off demo, the next-generation action role-playing game really seems to be coming along nicely. Admirably, it seeks to improve, or at least deviate, on the formula that a certain well-known and similar couple of titles nearly perfected. There's no two ways about it -- Lords of the Fallen invites comparisons to Demon's/Dark Souls. The developers are painfully aware of the fact, almost immediately surrendering into an anticipated half-chuckle as the first syllables of the From Software's projects names were uttered. That's ultimately okay though, because Lords of the Fallen doesn't aim to mimic the Souls games. Rather, Deck13 is structuring Lords of the Fallen to be a bit more of an accessible Dark Souls. That doesn't mean it's going to be easy -- spending any amount of time in front of the game makes that much wildly obvious. But, it's also not going to be punishing. Challenging and complex? Definitely. But not punishing. more @ D'toid They need to show the gameplay video Edited August 31, 2013 by SRINI87
