14 hours talktime for 700 bucks, looks are stylish but is uncomfortable for ears, so only recommended if using for only voice chat input ... i am myself using it, can be charged easily with a USB cable so no need to buy the charger.

check for USB headsets from Iball, you get them for 700-800Rupees...worth the money and much better than BT headsets worth 1-1.5k...

works like a charm on the PS3 for MP gaming...they have a mute button as well...its wired though...

Me and my friend have even used chinese bluetooth headsets (For mobiles) for chatting during COD, so there is no reason for them to not work...

Thank u for your reply :)

wanted to confirm b4 buying and hope that its build quality should be little good..

I purchased Samsung-BHM1100 Bluetooth, basically to use as a mike for multiplayer gaming/team chat for BFBC2, now the issue is that on the first day after few tries it connected to PS3 and even got the team chat function going, but after that tried using it again but somehow was not able to connect to PS3 again(tried re registering again) but no avail.

Can someone please help me out here, its quite frustrating playing without the mic now

Out of the box HM1100 is programmed to pair up first time it is turned on, but for every other time after that you have to follow a certain procedure to get it paired up, you have to press the talk button for voer 8 seconds and when the light turn Solid blue then click on register device on XMB and follow further instructions of entering code etc.

Once Paired, it won't require pairing up and every time you switch it ON it will require the following procedure to be followed (which is a standard for most 3rd party BT headsets), you have to head on to the XMB menu under accessory settings, Manage bluetooth devices, and you will see that under the menu (after pressing 'triangle' on DS3) the headset shows a blue dot with connect option greyed out, select disconnect first and then connect again, and the headset will start working.

This procedure has to be done everytime you want to switch on the MIC. Let me know if it helps or I will try and post a video of the same to help you out.

Well X12 come with a USB connector apart from the analog connectors, but i don't know if that is just for power (for the inline amp) or does work as a data cable as well, so if the latter is the case then yes you will need a USB soundcard (easily available from ebay etc.) to get the voice routed via the mic. This is the best and cheapest option.

Hope it helps !!
