IshmaelIsBack Posted August 5, 2015 Report Share Posted August 5, 2015 Have very little interest in this game after how Alan Cake turned out to be and pretty cautious about anything these guys put as they're not what they used to be before they let go of Max Payne. But GODDAMN, these guys are kinda like the benchmark for time mechanics in the industry, the whole entertainment industry even. I remember bullet time being a concept for Max Payne in development even before the original Matrix was out. However, this slowdown/warps of time at will completely changes the game design perspective. Looks beautiful in motion but they need to balance it out with enemytypes and not make the character too OP as he looks to be in the footage shown till now. I think they have toned down the difficulty for demo purpose. This game will be more about Story,screenplay & presentation rather than actual challenging or rewarding gameplay that's a given Alan Wake was awesome How can you say that without even trying the game? Have you played Max Payne games?...MP games were fantastic both in gameplay and story.. Gameplay is by far the strongest point of MaxPayne for me Alan Wake was awesome Alan Wake is by far their weakest game till now and still it's considered one of the best Xbox 360 games..This shows how talented Remedy really is. Remedy always try something different stuff in their games..They never repeat or copy stuff from other games.. Their games look and feel original.
