Move Street Cricket 2

Hello Everyone,

I am from Trine Games and proudly one of the programmer from the team of Move Street Cricket 1 and 2.

It feels extremely overwhelming to see this thread as you all are liking this game so much.

Feels like our passion for making good games has paid off.

Thanks

Once again.

Welcome, always good to have a dev here.

Can you post some pointers/tips on how we can be more efficient in executing shots while playing with the move controller?

+999999 this game is getting into my nerves now.. :furious: i am not able to figure out where i am doing wrong.. I have just managed to hit 1 four in 7-8 matches.. In training i can hit sixes but when it comes to matches, the story is totally different..

I agree!!! If you hit the exact shot in training it goes for a six....whereas in a match the same shot gets you caught as if there is some invisible wall there!!!

Guys i dont know if it was only me or even u guys did the same..

I have played 10-12 matches and hardly got 12-14 runs, and i played all these with the move in my right hand not giving enough space for ledt hand to fit on as the strap is tight..

But last match i strapped the move on my left and boy suddenly all the shots are possible. I can hit sixes and boundaries and able to score 30+.. This gets the bottom hand into the play and more power and elevation in the shot.. And i realised this while imagining playing real cricket and suddenly this came into my mind.. :P

Hopefully if u guys were using right hand will find this change usefull..

Holding the move on the left, instead of the right hand!? How will that make any difference O_o.

Will try though :\

I think he meant the strap on the left hand. You obviously hold the move like a real bat.

Ohk, what difference i felt is that while the move on the right hand u cant really play the shots as your left hand is on the right hand rather than over it. Now the left hand is on top and right hand below it.. So gives the full feeling of a cricket bat..

Hey....tried your method!!! Batting is much better now !!!

Also, if you re-calibrate the move from further back than where you stand to play....scoring is much better as when you stand at your position, you are actually standing outside the crease.....it felt easier to hit the balls further this way!!
