I won't support always online at all.

Rearding used games, I don't care much. Probably, I'll be buying a console mainly for some exclusives, and if I wait for price drop/used for these then I shouldn't buy the system altogether.

Not in favour of always online DRM,this way they can never stop piracy, and about used games, well have to wait and see,but i voted 2nd cause I'm not sure many people would like to repay for the game they own and would definitely not give up their right to do whatever they want to do with their bought product.I hope it doesnt effect the awesome IVG trading section though :)

Always online can kiss my @$$, i am already always online, no matter what but Used Game issue will pi$$ me off! But if original prices comes in competition with PC versions then i will be cool with it.... I mean if we are getting a game at Rs.999 on release for PC, it should be no more than Rs.1400 for consoles....

NeoGAF users spreading the message of used games and no DRM to Sony

This is spreading out of the Bonus Round/Doritos pope/keighley heard about sony DRM posts.

The gist of it is that Sony is listening to the backlash that Microsoft is getting and they are basing decisions off of this. I would assume MS is also, but I don't know that for sure. But I can say, for sure, that the past week's PR nightmare for MS has not been lost on Sony and they, in fact, do have a used game 'solution' working and have been going back and forth for months on whether to use it. This past week is pushing them strongly into "Yeah, let's not use that."

Do you want to give them an extra push? It can't hurt. I've been told by lower level people in the company that tweeting to yosp specifically is quite effective as he likes to gauge what people are thinking. Will a couple hundred posts from neogaf change the entire industry? No. Can it help give a little more momentum to something sony seems to be leaning towards already? I would think so.

So, if you care....

Here's the entire list of sony folks I know of that either are in on the decisions or have the ears of people who are in on the decisions that are on twitter.

My biggest piece of advice is be respectful. They aren't likely to finish a tweet in all caps threatening them.

Shuhei Yoshida (president of worldwide studios) @yosp (easily the highest level person on twitter and quite accessible)

John Koller (head of hardware marketing) @jpkoller (dude has like 150 followers - heh)

Guy Longworth (senior vice president PlayStation Brand Marketing) @luckylongworth

Scott Rohde (PlayStation Software Product Development Head for Sony Worldwide Studios America) @rohdescott

Also couldn't hurt to let the ex-journos that work there like @nsuttner and @shanewatch and @morganharo and @sidshuman know what you are thinking. But again, remember, respectful. I would assume any of these guys are used to getting flamed and just instantly disregard tweets that seem pissed off.

If any lurkers or members of the press or Sony's goons hired to break my kneecaps want to contact me: @ForYourPeteDodd

Update 1 (version 2):

#PS4NoDRM #PS4USEDGAMES are the hashtags being used.

Also let them know that you expect free online play and no region locking like last gen as well, if those things matter to you. I have no idea if minds or made up on that or not but it can't hurt to try.

As a PC/Steam game, I am almost always connected and I buy new games, very rarely I go for used games (old pc titles). although it will be new for console gamer and considering the game price console gaming will be costlier on day to day basis. If Microsoft and sony banned used games and add some extra fee it will negate one of the best features of console gaming. But I think its will be too early to push console gamer to fully digital-all new gaming era
