Maybe not. It's a one hit lock on kill with the smart pistol. Even i face trouble getting a guy with the SMG or rifle while cloaked and bunny hopping around sometimes. I'm asking, if you were the cloaked guy, wouldn't you have been able to kill the opponent if, say, you had any other short-medium-ranged primary weapon instead of the SP? The only sensible thing I can see them doing is reducing(/removing?) the cloak effect as soon as someone starts to lock with the SP. Yes. But in doing so, I would have to move my aim to where they are, anticipate their movements, all the rounds may hit the target or not.. With the smart pistol, all 3 rounds are on target irrespective of where the enemy is as long as they are locked on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

According to them you will get bored very quickly, no growth in gameplay over time, not enough variety. What do you guys think? Worth getting ? If you look at the killcam, in 90% of SP kills if you gave him some other gun he would've scored a kill regardless. It is only good if you get a drop on someone, otherwise in a head-on fight SP loses every single time. This is my opinion on it as well. Any time I have died with the Smart Pistol is when I would have died anyway because the person shooting saw me before I had a chance to see him. SP wouldnt have mattered then. A Scar or a shotgun would have done the same. Its a crutch for below average players who arent confident enough that they can finish the job even after getting the drop on someone. But if they dont get the drop on you then anytime you see someone using it, its a free kill basically. The SP or the controller assist arent really issues. Game has much bigger problems than that. There arent any. :/ No custom games. No pre game lobbies. No map voting options. No loadout renaming. Unless I am missing something incredibly obvious in the menu. It has one thing common with Halo. However, they do have a strong core game here and I hope they capitalize on that by listening to the community needs and proving accordingly.
