Host migration mostly dosen't happen if host gets disconnected, as a result everyone gets dc from the match. In Gears people can level up by just playing against bots. This system is there in Gears as well.Mid game joining is there in Gears..Bots are immediately replaced by Human players now..Bots are only there when MM is not able to find human players lagta hai bahut dino se MP nahi khela tuney .
