Not gonna spend 60$ on a game just to play for 2-3 months. I doubt 60% of the beta players will move into the final game. Also no retail version (which is cheaper mostly) in India. Hence the lack of various mechanics we are so used to like side-arms, reloads, soldier types, squads. Strategy and tactics seems to have been dumbed down. Guess they are trying to make a "beginner's" MP Shooter. But the Beta looks and sounds phenomenal. There's a variety of match type. And there really is no comparision to any game when you get to play Luke or Darth, or even watch them battle it out. Since there are going to be other heroes as well, this should really be the USP. Most Battlefield players will choose this over CoD,Siege & Halo No dude, just no. Also why did u like the game exactly? Haven't seen ur impression except comparison to other games. I hope final game has improved balance and better match making. And for siege I don't trust ubisoft servers otherwise game has potential. Let's see what happens when final games comes out. No communication at all in any of the matches I have played, plus game sometimes does not even pair you up. Hit detection might be good (but I have already experienced missed shots) now because lots of people are playing it but because no idea of how they are building their communities, if the numbers tank they will pool regions together and you will have the same issue as TITANFALL and Call of Duty. While i spent a year playing BF3 lol. And im not spending my money on Battlefront. Im choosy with my games coz i dont wanna spend on something that i wont bother playing. This aint the one. Good Partner System LOL WUT? Basically it is a miniature version of the ACTUAL REAL SQUAD system in Battlefield. It only allows u to spawn on ONE random dude/friend. Inventory share is broken. I could never join on my party of friend(s) every time I tried. Let us not get in on the fact that you getting paired up within randoms is totally hit and miss, sometimes I got paired otherwise #YoLo.
