. I got it for rs 999 for PC version and its defintely worth the price

Me, Afty and Aman got it for Rs 699 with Monster Expansion DLC :D Evolve has more than enough content to keep you busy for weeks...Plus Turtle Rock will release new modes and maps for free in coming months...

that is like less than one fourth the PS4 price - obviously your price is worth it

Evolve console version is also quite cheap compared to Order 1886.

This game kinda reminds me of Medal of Honor game which released on last gen consoles..

It got horrible reviews..Meta should be 60 or less..

But actually lot of people enjoyed its campaign...

Heavenly sword is a more apt comparison. Both game got slammed for the lack of originality despite having good solid gameplay in their respective genre's. I can also guarantee you that just like HS People will be asking for a sequel for a long long time if sony decides to not continue with the ip.

I loved Heavenly sword , Its got decent reviews too.Not as disastrous as this..

Will be surprised if this gets a sequel..

Guess it depends on whether Sony acquires them or not..

The Order: 1886 sequel to focus on gameplay system, says insider

Shinobi: "They're about 120-130 employees there. Not exactly small, but not huge either. From the conversations I've had, they spent a huge amount of time perfecting the engine for this initial instalment. Time constraints came into play, goals slashed, but that's not really uncommon in development.

However, what has me most excited is that the main focus in a possible sequel are the gameplay systems. That's what was stated to me. The engine is in place and they're free to put all their efforts into gameplay design. And they want to do this, it isn't a result of any backlash over The Order's design, they as a team want that. By no means do they think the game's perfect as it is."

He added: "I wasn't saying that a sequel's already greenlit, but I can tell you it certainly won't take 3 years.

The first thing I did last Friday was check how HS did on Metacritic as compared to The Order (yea yea, but I had to know). 79 was/is a decent enough score.

I loved Heavenly Sword, personally.

Personally the reviews back then felt like they were on a scale of 7-10. So far this gen, some big AAA titles are ranging in the 70's, something that was unthinkable a few years back so maybe, just maybe the reviewers are using the full scale this time around. . As i said in an earlier post i can understand where the 5,s and 6's are coming from. But 2 and 3 for a game that is as polished as this and with good gameplay and story is crazy.

I also think RAD will forever be stuck in same situation that Guerrilla games are( the rohit sharma of sony 1st party studio) that no matter what they do, they'll get unwanted hate for all the order 1886 pre release fiasco.

Yea, that's a fair point. I do like the fact that reviewers are going back to the full 1-10 scale, though.

There's a lot of flux in the gaming scene right now and I think the press has become seriously jaded. Some legitimately decent games are bearing the brunt of it. Driveclub was another recent example.

Driveclub at launch was a disaster.

its not like you will keep this game forever , you will eventually sell it .

of course, not, lol, who sells games ? Especially exclusives.

Also, there are more people who loved HS, what a surprise, the game had it's issues, but the merits outdid them for me personally, the combat was boring though, although the bow-arrow parts were super cool

for DmC - I was absolutely against it, but the game is extreme fun to play, never thought I would see a day where I would be saying this, in fact I am itching to buy the PS4 version, it has everything the game lacked, 60 FPS and the manual lock on, perfect.

So was Halo MCBC

But some how reviewers mi$$ed the Mark there

Wonder how

Halo MCC packs lot of value even without multiplayer.. Each Halo campaign is 12-15 hours long on normal with full 4 player co-op support...

M.P matchmaking was broken but custom matches were still working without any issues..Plus Forge allows players to create their owns modes and maps to play locally with friends...

That is not the point. I know many people who bought the game for MP. They had no intention of playing the campaigns. MP is still broken. If a game doesn't provide what it promised 2 months after launch, it shouldn't get 9+ scores. As simple as that..
