Kazekage Gaara Posted June 21, 2013 Report Share Posted June 21, 2013 Hey guys, I had bought a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 keyboard from buytheprice.com and it came with 3 year warranty. Now, it's been 1-1/2 years and some of my keys are janked up and sometimes some random function keys will get pressed. I tried visiting the Microsoft India website but it only guided me to download some stupid pdf file, which was completely useless. I am located in Ambernath (nearby Kalyan or Thane) and would like to know where can I get it RMA'd ? Any Microsoft RMA stores in Thane or at Lamington Road ? If I can get a number or an address that I can visit, that would be great. Any help in this regards will be highly appreciated. Thanx a lot in advance. Although I am sure there are authorised collection centres on Lamington Rd., best that you find out about the closest possible drop of point from the customer care peeps. (I'm not sure how far is Andheri or Dadar from your location, good luck.) Andheri should be closest for OP if I recall correctly from my knowledge about Bombay. The numbers and names have changed a lot on that resellers link, so I had to call up the Microsoft customer care (Toll Paid number), and they gave me the number and address of the ONLY service center left in Mumbai and that is...
