Monokuma
Hey thanks a lot buddy! I was thinking of getting an Amd processor as it would be cheaper, how's the following config: And Athlon II X2 270 Gigabyte 78LMTS2 or ASrock N68 VGS3 Transcend Dynex 2gb 1333 DDR3 Zebronics Cabinet with SMPS Total cost coming up to 7.8k which I think I can negotiate to around 7-7.2k What do you think of the config? Btw how is ASrock mobos compared to Gigabyte? Thanks again! Sent from my LG-P500 using Tapatalk

It would be better if you get a separate SMPS + cabinet, the SMPS can be carried forward to different builds. Cheaper ones are not so reliable and very often reliable for a stuck PC. ASRock motherboards are generally of a lower build quality than GIGABYTE / ASUS boards. Same case with the RAM, get 2GB Corsair ValueRAM over Dynex for peace of mind and reliable after sales support. Also, to cut down on the cost of the PC, inquire at the shops for Intel Celeron G550 processors as well. considered buying a netbook? Considering it will be used by his father, I think the need for a larger screen would be appreciated.
Monokuma
Went with gigabyte motherboard, thanks! Also went with Corsair 2gb 1333 (Reached home and remembered I had 2x2gb sticks of DDR3 already with me! ) Going with Amd only dude since the overall cost comes down. Its only for browsing so I guess it should do for now. On a tight budget and and seems to be bang for buck. Thanks for the help Sent from my LG-P500 using Tapatalk
