Why don't you ask the guy you bought it from ? If you can't for some reason, then there is no other way to know except by actually putting a pirated/backed up game. aashu Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 the best way is to open up ur console completely(if ur warranty M$ sticker is not beneath d faceplate) and check the firmware,using ixtreme (standard) procedure,,or go even further,and check of any soldering on the motherboard,,whether it's mod-chipped,, that way u''ll have quite a learning experience(buy the 4-5$ XCM Unlock kit) and u could also fix ure RROD X-clamp,,if it happens in the future,,, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
