7770 has a 1 GB, 1000 MHz GPU Clock speed... Will this be better than a card which has 2 GB, running at maybe 750 MHz ? (example is ATI 6850)

And does it make a difference who manufactures it? Sapphire, or Zotac, or PowerColor etc?

Manufacturer does not make a major difference except for the a*s.

Ram is a small part of how a card performs, the architecture matters more, see the benchmarks and decide yourself

I am planning to buy a PS3. For now I use MTS Mblaze net connection bcoz now I am outside from my home.

Plz suggest a cheap N best wifi router where I can configure my Mblaze & can play on9 games in PS3.

After 2-3 month I will use it only for my cable broadband connection in home.

Budget 2.5k -- 3k max..

hello friends, I am a pc noob and need some help very badly, around 8 months ago I got a new pc, everything was working fine untill today, today when I pressed the power button to start the pc, it won't start. Usually when I press the power buton on my pc, it glows blue and then the CPU starts. but today when I pressed the button, nigther did it glow nor did the pc start, just the fans started. I got scared and decided to open it and check it out. when I open it up and power it up. I see that 1) the power button is still not glowing 2) the pc is not starting 3) the psu fans are rotating properly 4) cabinate fans are rotating properly 5) gfx card fan is rotating properly 6) CPU fan is rotating properly. in short all the fans are rotating but it is not powering up, plz tell me what might be wrong, this is the only computer in my house and without it my m facing

many difficulty, plz help. Thanks.

strange problem, if all fans are working it means your board is able to supply power to these components. what about display any warning beeps?

there is no display at all and no beebs too, I think it is not starting up only. also when I pressed the power button the first time today, the power light lit for a bit before going out. my first guess was that the psu has gone bad, but then the fans are still rotating, is it posible that the psu has gone bad but still the fans are rotating.

Problem may be in your board, psu, pcie card or may be in your cabling it may be anything. its hard to say from here. you have to search the problem from the scratch. few months back i had somewhat same but strange kind of problem after spending hours of research found out that the culprit was my 9800gtx.

Dnt worry...this happened with me previous year...There may be two problems:

1.There is a problem of the monitor connecting chord pin to the gpu port...

Sol:try to reconnect it tight(may have loose connection...

2.If that does not work as in my case i took it to the repair guy who applied some kind of "isotope solution" to clean up the motherboard and some god knows what part..charged me 500bucks :furious: (told a 50ml or some bottle costs 3.5k)..nyway then it worked fine...

See what happens..
