ALPHA17
But here, they say that Broadwell still uses the same LGA 1150 chipset, so I think that they must be compatible. http://wccftech.com/intel-broadwell-compatible-9series-based-z97-h97-chipsets-brings-sata-express-10-gbs/ The current motherboards will need a firmware update, at-the-least and depending on the IMC on the Broadwell chips, some of them might be totally out of your ken. 10-15k . Pounds or INR. Edited October 5, 2014 by ALPHA17

vandanved
My ping is just rediculous and the worst thing is it fluctuates so much. I am using tikona. Is there any way to reduce ping in the game. Agent 47 told me to Changes your NAT Settings to Open..should sort the problem. But i dont know how to do it, can anyone guide me on this? ALPHA17
^ No, there is no way to address your latency short of changing your ISP. Also, for NAT settings, check this link. Hope this helps and welcome to the forums. Cheerio!

I'd suggest change your isp ,i think tikona uses wireless broadband if i am not wrong (that's not good for gaming at all). ALPHA17
can you state your isp and are you experiencing this problem for all games(most likely isp problem can't do much about that like alpha state ) I am using tikona.
Pacifier
I once used Tikona for 1 month. Yes, i faced the same ping problem even then. (It was around 3-4 yrs ago when they are new i guess in hyd). The ping was above 400 in CS:S game where as in airtel 1Mbps (at that time), I was getting around 70-250ms. When i asked them, they couldn't even tell what is latency, ping etc. The speed was file so they say, what is your problem then?. Got it disconnected the next minute. Not sure how it is now though. icestrok
I'd like to get a new laptop . Budget is very very low, 25k-30k tops I guess. I just need one to browse/watch movies/ download ... possibly two of those will happen simultaneously. The watch movies part is very important, so a good screen would be nice. Any suggestions?
