Agent 47
Yes, Windows 10 will be buggy at launch but so is Windows 8.1 after close to two years in the wilds. Free upgrade is only applicable in the first year of the product launch, so if you have to upgrade, do so before 29th July next year. Yes, if you have legit copy of Windows 7, why not directly upgrade to Windows 10? If you are going to upgrade the RAM, cool and if you were happy with the A6 APU performance, then I see no reason for this not being acceptable to you. I don't use one so i have to upgrade.I believe Win 7 is priced equivalent to win 8.1 so better get the latter. Also, i use softwares like after effects and photoshop..they work on 8.1..No idea about its compatibility with 10 yet... NitroNeo
About the rest, you can hold off till August and see what is the new thing that Intel is releasing and then weigh your options, alternatively, just purchase now. What are they releasing ? I am aiming for a intel build. And where to buy a legit windows 10 physical copy in mumbai ? I need something equivalent to home premium or professional. Not looking for the basic or the ultimate version. Sent from my SM-N900 using Tapatalk
ALPHA17
^ New processor and chipset. You can go to Lamington and request for a legit copy of Windows 10, they will grumble a bit but would provide you the same. Windows 10 only has a Standard or Pro Edition as far as I am aware. Do guide me with the graphic card. I am looking for a high end one like the 280x. Something of the enthusiast level like r9 290 is ok only if it's price has fallen. Donno about nvidia so help me deciding on which is good and for nvidia who is a good as sapphire. NitroNeo
@alpha, are you telling me to wait for 5th gen i5 processors to release here or 6th gen proc. when will they release ? Furthermore does the gtx 970 support full directx 12. I am looking for a 384 but card. There is a gtx 680 going for 18k & r9 270x going around the same price are those good for gaming on ultra high settings. I am looking to play games on full settings like witcher 3, arkham knight , assassins creed, games with mods like wwe, skyrim, battlefield or some occasional shooting game. ps4geek
In the market for a new wireless router . Doesn't have to be an ADSL one since I already already have a separate modem . Now a few queries (pardon me for being a noob ) - Should I go for the cheaper wireless 'n' router or upgrade to 'ac' ? I have an 8 mbps airtel connection and have a budget upto 3000 for the new router . I have a couple of devices which support the ac standard . Now I am also using an Asus RT N10 (which is n 150mbps) in repeater mode to extend the existing wifi connection . So which router would you suggest to go for ? the cheap 300 mbps wireless n or a dual band AC 750 series router ?

Agent 47
^ Retail is recommended. Where can i buy one..Amazon/FK many have reviewed that they are selling OEM in the name of retail.. I rather have a disk than downloading it. Edited July 31, 2015 by Agent
NitroNeo
While buying a 1080p monitor for a max of 10k budget what are the important things to look out for ? I want a low power consuming, non to mild heating monitor with natural colors. By this i mean bright colors like amoled phone displays are out of my preference. Out of 3 sizes 21.5,23,24 which is the better pick for gaming. Suggest some monitors according to your personal exp. That would help alot.
