Dispatched! :(

Dude, chill. You ordered it from Amazon and hopefully from an "Amazon Fulfilled" seller. You can return the item EVEN AFTER opening it up without giving any valid reason :P

It's Amazon. They are pretty cool when it comes to returns. Just, if you're not gonna use it, don't open it. I mean it will be accepted and you'll be refunded the whole amount, but why screw with the seller, right :)

Just call them and tell them you wanna buy something better or a higher model, etc. You don't even need to do anything. They'll come pick it up :)

Dispatched! :(

But I'll return it if i go with BSNL. There is also another ISP by a private org., if i get that then i may not. What else can I do with this particular router for which i've placed an order?

Any other recommendation on the router, now keeping BSNL in mind? 1k-1.5k budget.

Just reject the parcel when it arrives at your doorstep

Tplink W8968 will serve your purpose for BSNL

Been using it for past 2 years

Solid modem+router

You should get it within 1.5k

^ No 20" monitor will come with HDMI because non of them stream full-HD content, the most common resolution 1600 x900 is handled fine by DVI (Analogue, Digital) and even VGA.

^ Can you please give a reference image / comparison shots. I can hardly make out any issue on the basis of that screenshot.

You can see some yellowish color on white surface . Anyways the problem is gone , it was my DVI cable which was plugged a little loose .

hey guys i am looking to buy a music player and load all my music onto it, i will be travelling for a couple of days next month and i would prefer to use a device separately and have phone fully charged.

Are there any good music players with high storage for which supports mp3 flac ? not interested in the over priced ipod Touch.

No. It won't work only by itself.

MTNL uses ADSL2 protocol, so you either need a Wifi router that has ADSL2 BUILT-IN OR you need a standard ADSL2 router, connect the MTNL line to that router and then connect that router to the above mentioned TPLink router

If you can extend the budget a bit you can go for the following router-modem unit.

Tplink W8968 will serve your purpose for BSNL

You should get it within 1.5k

Thanks everyone.

Bought the TP Link W8968 ADSL2 router.

I paid 1716rs+50rs for two days delivery. It'll be in my hands on 4th feb.

lol what version is the one in the link? I can't find it anywhere.

To answer my question: the one which i bought seems to be the v4 as claimed by the seller NTPltd in the product description.

I need a adsl 2 router as you say. So i can minimize space by using a single device that'll act as a .modem+router & which has that mtnl line slot on it.

I need one with two antennas. So are there any tp link or other such models out there?

Check my posts.

They used to be available from Sony and Creative i think. Not anymore. Productions have been stopped by many reputed companies as they are no longer feasible (because of smartphones). You can import it from the U.S. but i'm not sure if it'll be worth it. Honestly I loved the old iPod Nano 5th Gen. The one with the camera. Edited by Sonic

^ Sansa Clip+ / Fuze but you will need to import it.

Also, check these options from FiiO.

iPod, I would not buy even if it was cheaper because of the amazing tie-in application, iTunes.

Thanks everyone.

Bought the TP Link W8968 ADSL2 router.

Cool. Do post impressions of performance and how it goes. Cheers!
