Check XMP profiles for the RAM first.

You can brute force RAM but that will require manual overclocking. Moreover, Intel chips do not gain nearly as much from RAM tweaks compared to AMD's Ryzen.

How to check for xmp profile? I have this ram which states that it supports XMP

How can I get xmp profiles?

In bios under ram settings. You have to enable XMP profile. Although like aplha said doesn't really matter for Intel though. 3200mhz is enough.

You have to enable XMP in the motherboard UEFI. It should allow you to toggle between a couple different presets.

Do I have to do anything here? Or is this settings enough?

Also on cpu z I cannot see any info on spd. Why? And memory tab shows only 1066mhz used per stick and total 4200mhz under NB Frequency

Check out all the profiles supported by your memory. Although as I said, Intel processors do not gain anything significant if you over-clock RAM.

DDR -- Double Data Rate, multiply that figure (1066MHz) by 2 and you will get your current speed ~2133MHz.

I do not know about CPU-Z, which slots have RAM on your board?

I have 2 x 8GB on 2 slots.

Which DIMM slots? Generally, the slots are populated in certain ranks for implementing dual channel.

So first two DIMM Slots is where my rams are. See the pic.

Sorry it's slot 3 and 4 as per cpu z

The wiring is atrocious in there.

DIMM #0 and #1 seem to be empty from that image. Look up the motherboard manual to see if you are even running the RAM in dual-channel.

Lol I know. But that wire is actually of water cooler for CPU.

It's DIMM slot 3 and 4
