I want to know the legal ways to register my shop and in which tax section it will be covered? want to place 16 Highend pcs, 8 consoles with 2d/3d 42" LEDs. including Online feature too. who should be the contact person ???the lawyer? or CA? or anyone else because i heard that it need police permission also. quicknote : Place will be covered with CCTV ,,,2 AC ,,and strictly NO smoking zone inside the shop.
