Just wanna have suggestion from you people regarding to open more gaming lounge in Mumbai (already founded places in Delhi near Green Park) so looking futher in mumbai. So i would like to ask people to suggest me good place Area i would prefer any still good location where people can come to play and dont have much pocket money issue. Seen some places this weekend as i was in mumbai ,just let me know whether they are good or not- a)Above MCdonald as you exit from andheri east Station, Only drawback of this area (entry towards the shop)is from back end and you can see lot meethai waala construction. Area which i found is having 600sq feet and another 600sq feet as mezzanine\ SP road in Andheri East.This area is majorly a bit of clumpy but forturnately i am getting on first floor with road facing and area is 1000sq feet with rent like 75000 per month only c)Andheri west ,Ground floor behind infinity mall.Area is 600sq feet and another 450 mezanine total 1050.Location near to it is very posche as i am looking but rent is 1,23,000 only.This road is also called lokhandwala road. d)Lastly bandra near mehboob studion - area is 1000sq feet single floor and rent is 1,35 lacs . please someone tell whether these places are good not. thx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As i find it tough to come from distance space ,so somwhere in mid of mumbai would be good . Nextly i have two things in my mind - Either i setup 1 gaming lounge of 2000sq feet Or i rent out two space of 1000 sq feet each .which will help me to cover more gamers. please give me your suggestion to this Already operation as kharghar . i think mumbai is pretty expensive as point of rent but still need to do bussines so please suggest good place where you people think rent may be a lower and got good location to start the bussiness thx As today i got a small quotation of 2,50,000 for space of 1500sq feet .for ground floor.Nothing wrong in asking rent but how do people in mumbai do business and thinking from my point of view it would be reckless to pay that much .
