What u do when u get there?? we need some guys to take the initiative... 1 Pickups...people wil come by train..bus..plane...the host people should take care of them from there...i say...make them feel ok..not come to a place where they feel awkward... here a suggestion.. people should come in group..so that its easy 2 hotel bookings... 3 travel arrangements... 4 meet place 5 meet activities.. 6 need bouncers. .this could be optional... we need a host....guys who take care of peeps from other city...most have not seen each other... so if u serious i am saying BLORE all the way...unless blore guys say no...
