Also saying 1080p screen is not better, is not true. With a native 1080p wallpaper it shines, problem is no bative 1080p apps yet, they will come with time. Video play back again shines on the 5" screen. There are many things going for DNA, HTC just screwed the pricing. I chose the S3 over N4 after almost weeks of deliberation , both were $300 . The only 8GB with no expandable was absolute killer for me . Now that you have an idea, play with them and decide accordingly. Regarding lag and all, all flagships work great, no flagship lags for it to be a deal breaker, just some are a little more fluid. But from S2 flashing experience, you never get true Pure android experience from ROMs. Something is always amiss. Updating ROMs usually screws up something and blah blah.
